Well-known YouTuber Logan Paul uploaded a video on January 1st of this year making candor comments on a man who committed suicide there. He goes on to talk about suicide being lame and even encouraging his viewers to give it a like if they believe its sad. This resulted in major backlash from subscribers, othYouTubersers, and celebrities. Logan Paul brother of Jake Paul had gained an overwhelming amount of subscribers in less than a year reaching 16 million. After his remarks in his video about the man who took his life away in the Aokigahara forest he started to lose subscribers by thousands a day. It wasn’t too long after that he made another video describing his sorrow and the wrongful of his actions. His ego gets in the way when he basically says he is famous and has a ton of money so of course he didn’t know any better so people shouldn’t judge him too much. This is very ignorant of his part since suicide is a very sensitive topic and shouldn’t be talked about the way Logan Paul did . Many would argue that he should educate himself on that subject and then talk about it using the correct manner . Lately he has been getting a lot of attention for his videos on Youtube. Many bloggers including Shane Dawson have criticized him for what he has done in his channel such as the well known top 10 house. Logan Paul seems to do everything to get more views and subscribers and for being a YouTuber that’s okay since that’s the purpose/ goal but there are ethics that shouldn’t be taken advantage of.

The infamous YouTuber didn’t just make a simple utterance on the matter of suicide but he actually demonstrated the dead man hanging without even blurring out the gory images. Many claim this went beyond the lines of what is ethical to demonstrate on youtube. The actor reveals that his intentions were the exact opposite of what people are assuming, he keeps on going saying,’’I did it because I thought I could make a positive ripple on the internet, not cause of monsoon negativity.. I intended to raise awareness for suicide and suicide prevention and while I thought ‘if this video saves just ONE life It’ll be worth it,’ I was misguided by shock and awe, as portrayed in the video. I still am,’’. It remains very shocking how he thinks that his particular video would be resulting in a positive outcome if he is making fun of the situation he was in and taking lightly. Of course that many will take it very harsh and maybe even personal, he is not like the common man who probably has more struggles financially and socially. The world was outraged by his poor actions.Logan Paul just needs to admit that what he committed was wrong instead of justifying himself and later making another video about suicide, this time it just seems forced as to somehow prove that he’s actually a ‘’great person ‘’as well as an’’ amazing’’ YouTuber’’.
